Guided adventures are by RESERVATION ONLY.
All reservations should be made at least 24 hrs in advance to allow for the scheduling of an adequate guide staff. However, it is recommended, when possible, to reserve your adventure 14 days in advance during the peak seasons of spring and fall. (14-30 days for a weekend adventure)
A deposit of 50% of the total price is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellations made by Client
Cancellations made 10+ days prior to the event are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 3-10 days prior to the event will forfeit full deposit amount but remain eligible to apply deposit to one future reservation date and receive payment refund or apply full payment to one future reservation date. Cancellations made between 24 hrs – 72 hrs prior to the event will forfeit full deposit and payment amount but remain eligible to apply full deposit and payment amounts to one future reservation date. Cancellations made less than 24 hrs prior to the event will forfeit full deposit and payment amounts and are not eligible to apply paid amounts to a future reservation. In the event that the adventure is rescheduled, a new date is reserved, and the rescheduled adventure is cancelled a second time by client (for any reason), the initial deposit and payment amounts will be completely forfeited and will not be eligible to be applied to any future reservation. To reserve a new adventure date and time, a new deposit will be required and the reservation process will being anew.
Cancellations made by Tombstone Adventure Company
Tombstone Adventure Company and its guides reserve the right to cancel and/or end any trip for any reason including but not limited to: inclement weather; non-compliance with USFS special use permit regulations; non-compliance with tour guide directives; any observed or reported action that compromise the safety of guides, clients, or other users of the USFS. Only Tombstone Adventure Company may cancel and reschedule a reservation due to inclement weather and the full deposit and payment amounts will be refunded or applied to a future reservation.
